Public Liability or General Incident
Risk Management should receive notification of the following:
- Non-employee or non-student injury or death on HCDE premises.
- Damage to non-employee vehicle by a non-employee or employee vehicle or by grounds
- personnel
- Non-employee personal property damage by a student
- Damage to an employee vehicle, made by another vehicle or by grounds personnel
The following type incidents that occur on HCDE property:
- Arson/fire
- Flooding
- Bomb Threat
- Burglary
- Vandalism
- Trespassing
- Drug/Alcohol
- Breaking & Entering
- Rape or attempt or other sex offense
- Weapons
- Demonstration
