For the 2023-2024 school year, updated attendance area proposals will be under consideration by the Hamilton County Board of Education for the East Ridge, Brainerd, and Hixson communities. This site includes the current maps indicating the new attendance area proposals. Until the school board approves a recommendation, no attendance lines will be finalized.
- East Ridge Middle School / Dalewood Middle School: East Ridge Middle School has reached capacity and has no additional space available for temporary classrooms. Rezoning is recommended to occur, moving some zoned addresses to Dalewood Middle School where there is additional capacity.
